These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by RAFT LLC dba Raft Systems. Your use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

By opting in to our SMS services, you agree to receive text messages from RAFT LLC dba Raft Systems related to:

  • Service notifications
  • Appointment reminders and updates
  • Customer support communications
  • Review requests
  • Marketing and promotional messages (only where consent is provided)
  • Account authentication (2FA)

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services.

Opt-In & Consent

Users will only receive SMS messages after providing explicit consent. Consent may be collected through:

  • Website forms with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox
  • Service request or quote forms
  • Verbal or written consent where permitted by law

We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions in compliance with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

  • You will receive a confirmation message upon opting out
  • No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from you. These charges depend on your mobile carrier's terms.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS services are supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

Data Privacy & Protection (SMS)

RAFT LLC does not share, sell, or disclose SMS opt-in data or consent records to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may only be shared with:

  • Messaging providers (e.g., carriers, aggregators) strictly for message delivery
  • Service providers assisting in operations under confidentiality agreements

All SMS opt-in data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Compliance with Laws

Our messaging services comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices

Messaging Consent & Disclosure

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS communications from RAFT LLC. Message types may include alerts, reminders, promotional offers, and service-related updates. Message frequency may vary.

To opt out, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Subscription Plans and Billing

RAFT LLC offers two primary subscription plans:

  • $297/month: Website, CRM platform, business phone number, automations, remarketing, and review tools
  • $750/month: Includes all above plus Google Local Service Ads management

Subscriptions may be month-to-month or prepaid (3-month commitment).

Advance Payment & Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew until canceled. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Usage-Based Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Phone numbers
  • SMS/MMS usage
  • Voice calls
  • Number intelligence

Clients maintain a wallet balance with optional auto top-up.

No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable due to the custom and immediate nature of services.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are not permitted. RAFT LLC reserves the right to dispute and recover any fraudulent chargebacks.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time.

Delivery of Services

Services are considered delivered once:

  • Website is completed
  • Platform setup is finalized

Payment Failures

If payment fails:

  • Up to 4 retry attempts over 3 weeks
  • Suspension occurs after 48 hours if unresolved

User Obligations

Users must comply with all laws and must not use services for illegal, harmful, or abusive messaging.

Message Delivery Disclaimer

RAFT LLC does not guarantee message delivery due to carrier or network limitations.

Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and protect your data.

Changes to Terms

RAFT LLC may update these Terms at any time.
